“Solitaire” is a young adult novel written by Alice Oseman that tells the story of Tory Spring, the older sister of Charlie Spring, who is the main character in the Heartstopper-Series.

Tori Spring is a rather pessimistic 16-year-old girl who tries to get through school life without getting involved with anyone or anything.

One day she meets a boy named Michael Holden, who is determined to be her friend and when a goup called “Solitaire” starts playing dangerous pranks at her school, her life takes drastic changes. The chaos she never wanted.

Altogether it’s a good book and we would recommend the book to people who are interested in young adult books about mental health. Especially for fans of the Heartstopper-universe. We give it 3.5 stars.
